I dedicate this one for Game-Art-HQ's Street Fighter Gender Swap, an awesome project under Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Tribute.
Talk about business, you may wonder why Rufus? I guess no one expect her being beautiful, or sexy, or whatever you may expect from other characters, it' ll be easy. No high expectations, no disappointment, thus no one gets hurt. The process really spared a few brain cells of mine, just add boobs and job done!
